- 1 - Does Si.Net support IDS?
We have 2 products related to IDS:
Si.Net IDS is a Si.Net Intrusion Detection System
Si.Net Iwall is a firewall with built-in Intrusion Detection System

- 2 - How many users can support Si.Net?
Si.Net boxes don’t have any limitations on the number of users of connections.

- 3 - Does the Si.Net support SSH?
Si.Net Firewall and Si.net Iwall support the SSH protocol in transit like any other protocol.

- 4 - What are the DHCP server features?
A DHCP server is implemented on the internal zone (eth1) of the firewall. It can be disabled or enabled depending on the needs of the network. A configuration page included in the GUI can help you set the configuration of the DHCP server, enable or disable it and check its status.

- 5 - What port modes or zones does the Si.Net support?
Si.Net boxes support the below :
2 legs: 2 10/100 Mbps zones
3 legs: 3 10/100 Mbps zones
4 legs: 4 10/100/1000 Mbps zones
6 legs: 6 10/100/1000 Mbps zones

- 6 - What are the hardware features of the Si.Net?
Hardware wise, the Si.Net boxes are upgradeable from 2, to 3 or 4 legs.

- 7 - Will the Si.Net support Antivirus?
Si.Net products don’t support antivirus engines. Our company offers a partner mail filtering product containing antivirus and antispam engines.

- 8 - What are the performance & the capacity of Si.Net?
Si.Net Firewall and Si.Net Iwall have a throuput of 85 Mbps for the 2 and 3 legs and 850 Mbps for the 4 and 6 legs. You can define up to 50.000 filtering rules and support unlimited number of users connected.
